About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website or buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to them and to our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Privacy policy. This store is run by Nikita Shokalo, Kyiv 01001, Ukraine. You can reach us at earlshopsupport@gmail.com.
Who can order
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if it's higher. We ship only to addresses in the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC, and not to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses yet.
Product information
Measurements and specifications come from the manufacturer. Small differences in size, color and finish can happen. Some product photos are edited and show Earl, our brand mascot. He isn't a customer and doesn't review products. Props, rooms and scenes in photos aren't included: you get the item and parts listed on the product page.
Choosing and using a product
Measure your couch, bed or car before you order and check the measurements on the product page. You're responsible for choosing a product that suits your dog's size, weight and abilities. Put the product together as the instructions say, use it only within the size and weight limits on the product page, check it before each use, and stop using it if it's damaged. Use a car ramp only on a parked car. Stay with your dog while they get used to a ramp, harness or crate. Our products are pet accessories, not devices for diagnosing or treating any condition. Ask your vet about your dog's health.
Orders, prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time before you order. Any sales tax is shown at checkout. When you place an order, you make an offer to buy, and we accept it when we ship it. Our order confirmation email only means we received your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price or description was wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, we refund you in full. Our payment providers process payments.
Shipping, cancellations and refunds
Our Shipping policy and Refund policy explain delivery times, shipping costs, cancellations and refunds. They're part of these terms. Please check your address at checkout: we aren't responsible for an order sent to an address you entered incorrectly. Once tracking shows your order was delivered to the address you gave us, the risk of loss passes to you.
Payment disputes
If something is wrong with your order, please contact us first so we can fix it. If you open a dispute with your bank or card company, we'll share our order records with them, including tracking. If your bank refunds you through a dispute, we won't refund that order again.
PRODUCTS ARE SOLD AS IS
Our Refund policy covers items that arrive damaged, incomplete or wrong. Beyond that, PRODUCTS ARE SOLD AS IS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Some states don't allow this, so it may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that can't be waived.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE AREN'T LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ABOUT AN ORDER IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT ORDER. This doesn't limit liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
Events outside our control
We aren't liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier problems, severe weather or strikes. Our Shipping policy still applies: we'll tell you about a delay, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Reviews should describe your own experience with the product. By posting a review, you allow us to show it on this site. We may remove reviews that are abusive or fake, that share someone else's personal details, or that aren't about the product.
